DSCA and SU held Industry Fair

The offices of the Dean of Student and Community Affairs (DSCA) and the Student Union (SU) of the Asian Institute of Technology recently organized an Industry Fair held on November 15, at the Pondside, AIT Conference Center.
The event --organized annually-- aims to establish and develop closer contact between the Industry and the Academia. The event gave an opportunity for all to meet representatives from many companies, discuss research plans and employment opportunities. On the spot job interviews were also held by some companies.
The companies participating in the Industry Fair included: ADECCO New Petchburi Recruitment Co. Ltd., Mattel Bangkok Limited, ESSILOR Manufacturing (Thailand) Co. Ltd., SVI Public Company Limited, Dutch Mill Co. Ltd., Pattaya Food Industries Ltd., EFFEM Foods (Thailand) Co. Ltd., Institute of Information Technology Co. Ltd., Workflow Automation Co. Ltd., and Seagate Technology (Thailand) Ltd.
The AIT Food Fair was also held on the same day and featured food stalls from 12 countries — France, Philippines, Nepal, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, and Sri Lanka.
