AIT and Indonesian university look at developing unified masters program
On 2 August 2006, AIT President Said Irandoust hosted a working-dinner for Prof. Slamet S. Sarwono, rector of Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, Indonesia, discussing the possibility of a unified masters program.
The initial collaboration area would be in Industrial System Engineering. The meeting was joined by Dr. Voratas Kachitvichyanukul, associate professor and field coordinator for Industrial Engineering and Management and Design and Manufacturing Engineering at the School of Engineering and Technology; Dr. Bonaventura H. W. Hadikusumo, assistant professor and field coordinator for Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Management at SET; and Mr. Kyaw Soe Hlaing, alumni relations coordinator.
