The International Conference on Innovations Food Processing Technology and Engineering was organized by the Processing Technology Program of SERD during
December 11-13, 2002 at the AIT Conference Center

A Few Glimpses of the Conference

The conference was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Phinij Jarusombat, Minister of Science and Technology, the Royal Thai Government. AIT President, Professor Jean-Louis Armand welcome the delegates to the Conference.

The Conference attracted a wide cross-section of local and international researchers working on food processing technology and engineering. Renowned scholars were invited as keynote speakers to share their knowledge and expertise with the delegates during the conference, more than 90 research papers were presented. A collection of these papers is available in the form of book as well CD-ROM.
