Financial Year End Announcement
Financial Transactions
The current financial year will end on December 31, 2002. In order to record the financial transaction this year, all bills, invoices and internal charges must reach the Finance Department by Friday, December 20, 2002. Documents arriving after the deadline will be regarded in the next financial year.
December 2002 Time Sheets
The time sheets for December, covering the period from November 21 to December 20, 2002 should reach the Payroll Section no later than December 16. Staff who work overtime or take leave during December 16-20 are required to submit an extra time sheet with January 2003 time sheet.
Staff terminating employment with the Institute by the end of December 2002 should complete their clearance form and submit to the Payroll Section no later than December 13.
Salary for December
Salary for December will be paid on the 20th of the month. Salary of the Fixed Term Contract employees will be paid on December 24.
