Visiting AIT
On June 1, 2004 Mr. Hau Sing Tse, Vice-President, Asia Branch, CIDA accompanied by Mr. David Yasui and Ms. Thongkorn Hiranraks, Counsellor and Development Officer, respectively, of Canadian Embassy visited AIT.
During the visit they met with Prof. Mario T. Tabucanon, Provost at Room 260, Admin. Building. The Provost was joined by Prof. Chongrak Polprasert, Dean SERD; Prof. A. T. M. Nurul Amin, UEM FoS Coordinator and SEA-UEMA Project Director; Dr. Vilas Nittivatananon, UEM Faculty; and Dr. Pritam K. Shrestha, SEA-UEMA Project Manager.
After meeting the Provost, the group attended a meeting at Room S101, SERD Building where they met students under CIDA funded scholarship. The group was also briefed on project activities at AIT receiving CIDA support.
