The workshop on "Good Governance in Universities in the 21st Century", conducted at AIT from 22 May to 1 June, was recently featured in the June 2007 issue (on page 7) of Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan's News and Views Magazine, a monthly publication, provided by the Embassy of Pakistan. Also featured (on page 13) were two HEC scholars, Mr. Naveed-ul-Islam (microelectronics), and Mr. Shahid Iqbal (telecommunications), who received outstanding performance awards at the 107th graduation ceremony held in May of this year.
