Student Union ‘Research Exhibition 2015’ winners announced

Led by Adeel Tariq, Chairperson,
AIT-SU Academic Affairs, the SU Research Exhibition 2015 held on April
1 showcased 15 participating students’ original research or project in
the form of a prototype, exhibit or poster.

A total of seven winners were chosen by four AIT faculty member
volunteer judges, who critiqued each entries’ work one-by-one. Winners
were selected from each of AIT’s three schools in the categories of
Masters and PhD level. One winner was chosen from the AIT Undergraduate
Program, School of Engineering and Technology.

According to Mr. Tariq, who is an MBA student at the AIT School of
Management, the exhibition was designed to promote students’ innovation
ideas and reward their academic originality. Held in the AIT Conference
Center lobby adjacent to the Career Fair, the event also provided an
opportunity for professional exposure and career enhancement.
