The AIT delegation was led by Prof. Worsak Kanok-Nukulchai, Interim
AIT President, who met with Dr. Mathana Santiwat, President of Bangkok
University, Asst. Prof. Boonrod Vuthisatkul, Vice President for Rangsit
Campus and Dr. Siriwan Ratanakarn, Vice President for International
Affairs. The Bangkok University delegation included deans from Faculty
of Humanities and Tourism Management, Faculty of Engineering, and
Faculty of Science and Technology.
Both sides expressed interest in joint degree programs, joint
promotional activities, appointment of lecturers between the two
universities, student activities, joint research projects, as well as
the possibility of students and faculty members sharing facilities. The
AIT officials also toured the library, laboratories and the tourism
tower.
