One hundred and fourteen undergraduates from six countries joined the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) officially at its Orientation held on 3 September 2012.
Overseas Japanese construction companies are seeking a strong linkage with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) offering to send their employees to AIT for continuous education, training and capacity building. This was stated by Mr. Naoya Kosaka, Deputy General Manager, Overseas Construction Association of Japan, Inc. (OCAJI) during his visit to AIT on 23 August 2012.
A student seminar on “gender, sexuality and trade” will be organized by the Gender and Development Studies (GDS) field of study of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) on 17 August 2012 at 1300 hours. Titled Ochanomizu - AIT student seminar, the seminar will discuss topics of sexuality particularly on transgender; and human resource management and foreign direct investment.
