Hong Duc University and the Asian Institute of Technology have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a comprehensive collaboration in International higher education and research as well as capacity building between the two institutes. Vietnam Petroleum Institute (VPI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) to develop and offer a one year year Professional Master’s program in Geoexploration and Petroleum Engineering (GEPG). Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman will be conferred honorary doctorate degree by the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). The decision to confer the honor was taken at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of AIT at its meeting held on 8 June 2010.
Group T university of Belgium has offered a number of scholarships as part of its proposal to establish a master’s double degree program with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). The partnership could include up to 12 one-year scholarships for AIT students to study at Group T.
