Seventh ICT-Asia Seminar

Seventh ICT-Asia Seminar shall be held at the Keio University, Mita Campus, Tokyo, Japan East Research Building, Keio Global Studio (6th Floor), and Seminar Room (4th Floor) on 15-16 March 2010.The conference will also be broadcasted in China, Korea, Philippines and Thailand through the project CanalAVIST of IntERLab (Internet Education and Research Laboratory) of the Asian Institute of Technology, and is supported by the Regional French Cooperation at AIT. SEAGAL Workshop on Global Navigation Satellite System

Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) will organize a workshop on “Global Navigation Satellite System” (GNSS) on 15-17 March 2010 at the AIT Conference Centre.South East as a centre on European GNSS for International cooperation and Local development (SEAGAL) aims to set up a European GNSS (Global Navigations Satellite Systems) collaboration centre in support of educational, commercial and technical needs in South-East Asia.

University of Tokyo evinces interest in AIT

The Office of International Cooperation and Exchange (OICE), University of Tokyo has evinced deep interest in the activities of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). A delegation of OICE of the School of Engineering, University of Tokyo led by its Director, Prof. Koichi Maekawa expressed their keen desire to learn about AIT’s best practices as an international academic institute.

Field Day at Ratchaburi province

Agricultural Systems and Engineering field of study (ASE), School of Environment Resources and Development (SERD) of Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) is organizing a “Field Day” at Ban Nongri, Nongkob sub-district, Ban Pong district, Ratchaburi province on 10 March, 2010. The Field day is aimed at sharing and disseminating knowledge to farmers and other stakeholders engaged in rice production systems.
