Student seminar on “Societal Implications of Nanotechnology”

Center of Excellence in Nanotechnology is organizing a series of student seminars on “Societal Implications of Nanotechnology". The student seminars will take place on Friday, 20 November 2009, 1:30 to 4:00 p.m., in the Outreach Building, Classroom 102 A & B (First floor).The event is being organized by Professor Louis Hornyak, Ph.D., Visiting Faculty, Center of Excellence in Nanotechnology, School of Engineering and Technology.

Belgium seeks to engage with AIT

Belgium is seeking to engage with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), particularly on its Afghanistan initiative. This was discussed during a meeting of the AIT President Said Irandoust and Chairman of the AIT Board of Trustees, Dr. Tej Bunnag with the Ambassador of Belgium to Thailand H.E. Rudi Veestraeten, and Mr. Michael Wimmer, Head of the Political Section.
