The Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Asian Institute of Technology were organized at the Sultan Hotel in Jakarta. The event saw participation from a galaxy of prominent individuals, partners, delegates, media persons and well wishers.
Students emerge winners in Golden Jubilee football match
A young and energetic Students Union XI emerged victors in an encounter with the President’s XI in an exciting friendly match played on the football grounds of the Asian Institute of Technology. Despite a spirited and energetic performance by the President’s XI, they were no match for the students’ team which was marked by professional play.
AIT to work on new MOU with UNEP on RRCAP
Asian Institute of Technology has decided to work on a new MoU with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) on AIT-UNEP Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RRC.AP). This follows a meeting of the AIT President Said Irandoust with senior members of the UNEP management.

Three AIT students return after a month of humanitarian relief work
Three students from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) have returned after serving for almost a month as a part of the Telecoms Sans Frontières (TSF) team which assisted in humanitarian relief measures in Philippines and Samoa islands. The three, Frédéric Leduc, Albane Coeurquetin and Fanny Gaborit are Master’s students at AIT.
