New CSIM Coordinator Appointed

The School of Advanced Technologies (SAT) announces the appointment of Dr. Vatcharaporn Esichaikul (left), Associate Professor as new Coordinator of Computer Science and Information Management (CSIM), effective May 1, 2004.

Dr. Vatcharaporn Esichaikul, joined the Institute in November 1994 as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Associate Professor in July 1999. Her expertise is in electronic business, electronic government, management support system, information technology management, human-computer interaction, electronic data interchange, global information systems, and hypertext/hypermedia.

AIT - HIBT, Vietnam sign accord

AITAA donates scholarships, extends prize commitment

The AIT Alumni Association (AITAA) on May 10, 2004 donated checks worth one million baht to AIT for scholarships.

AIT Industry and Job Fair 2004

AIT will hold the Industry and Job Fair 2004 on Thursday, May 20, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event -- organized by the Office of the Associate Registrar for Student Affairs (ARSA) and the AIT Student Union -- aims to provide opportunity for all students or graduates alike to meet representatives from various industries, seek jobs and develop closer professional links with them.
