AIT/DANIDA ANNUAL CONSULTATION

The Government of Denmark and AIT will have their first Annual Consultations on 7-9 June 2000, at AIT. The Danida delegation will be headed by Mr. Carsten Nilaus Pedersen, Head of Department, Asia and Pacific, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen.

Faculty Welcome

Faculty Welcome

The Processing Technology Program of the School of Environment, Resources and
Development welcomes Dr. Mauno Juhani Ruhanen as a Visiting Faculty to
the Pulp and Paper Technology Field of Study.

Dr. Ruhanen obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Paper Technology from
Helsinki University of Technology (UNT). He has taught different
subjects in pulping and wastewater treatment in Lappeenranta University
of Technology, Metsko and Insko Education Centers, and has supervised many
graduate student theses.
