AIT4Nepal Charity Football Tournament is being organized at the AIT Football Grounds on 9 May 2015 from 1500-1800 hours.Eight teams including the Nepal Team, AIT Thailand, AIT Thai ALumni, AIT Thai Staff, KU - AIT, and VIP teams from Rangsit, Nawanakorn will participate in the tournament.
Thai energy major Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited has donated 8 million Thai Baht (Approx. US$ 250,000) to the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) for the modernization of the postgraduate institute’s library and three Master’s level scholarships for eligible Thai nationals.
Newly appointed Director of Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), Bangkok, Mr. Masanobu Tsuji has commended AIT graduates, stating that the Asian Institute of Technology provides good quality education and that its graduates are highly capable.
