New EPSM Field of Study Coordinator
Dr. Surapong Chirarattananon, Coordinator of Energy Program, was appointed by Prof Chongrak Polprasert, Dean of SERD, as the new Coordinator of Energy Power Systems Management (EPSM) Field of Study, effective from January 11, 2000, for a period of one year. He succeeded Dr. D. Thukaram who left the Institute recently.
