Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) has signed agreements with three companies – Advanced Agro Public Company Limited, D.A. Research Center Company Limited, and Likitomi (Thailand) Company Limited to launch joint research projects under the Royal Thai Government (RTG) funding program. AIT faculty members and researchers from these companies will jointly participate in the respective projects.
Nobel laureate Professor Elinor Ostrom has an AIT connection. AIT has been collaborating with Prof. Ostrom for the past 11 years with Prof. Ganesh P Shivakoti of School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD) having coauthored five publications with Prof. Ostrom.
