AIT & United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) are organizing a logo competition for the ongoing 3RKH (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Knowledge Hub) project.

Brief Introduction to 3RKH project:

What are the 3Rs?

Reduce: reducing the amount of waste by increasing the efficiency of resource use and extending the useful life of products

Reuse: using 'recyclable resources' form used items again, as products or parts, after giving them proper treatment

Recyclee: using 'recyclable resources' as raw materials to make new products

To develop proactive facilitation for 3R implementation, a knowledge hub on 3R was established.

In conjunction with the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibhol's Accession to the Throne and the 50th year of diplomatic relations between Iran and Thailand, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in collaboration with Chulalongkorn University will jointly organize an Exhibition of Historical documents, photos and handicrafts from 13-15 December 2006 at Center of Academic Resources (foyer on 7th Floor) of Chulalongkorn University.

HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn grants Royal Audience to AIT students

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on 30 November 2006 at Chitralada Palace, graciously granted a Royal Audience to 25 AIT students who are recipients of H.M. the King's and H.M. the Queen's scholarships for the academic year 2005-2006.
