Dual degree programme in Agricultural Water Management (AWM)

A collaborative effort by AIT and UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education

Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand and UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands, have been jointly offering a Double Degree Master Program on Agricultural Water Management (AWM) for Enhanced Land and Water Productivity since 2010. The program provides an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and experience from both Asia and Europe environment.

Application Procedure

For admission to the AWM program, you can apply to either UNESCO-IHE or AIT.

For UNESCO-IHE, Delft, The Netherlands: Online Application via UNESCO-IHE website LINK .

For AIT, Bangkok, Thailand: Apply online through AIT Admissions website LINK .

Please mention clearly that you are applying for the Double Degree Program on Agricultural Water Management (AWM) for Enhanced Land and Water Productivity.

Costs & Expenses

The fee structure under this joint degree program is different from regular AIT Degree program.

Application for Admissions with Available Funding

For applicants with prospective funding from their employers or other sources, the application procedures above should be followed. Applications will be accepted until 31 May 2019. If an applicant requires admission offer from AIT to seek financial support from external sources, please apply as soon as possible.

Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP)

Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP)

The Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP) is intended to deepen and broaden the knowledge and professional skills of mid-career professionals to enable them to make a better contribution to the development of their organizations and their countries. To be eligible for this fellowship, candidates should be able to submit proof of admission to the academic program for which they are applying. For more information, please check this LINK  . In any case, the applicant will always need to have a provisional admission, therefore applicants are advised to apply as soon as possible for admission via the UNESCO-IHE website.
